On 9 February, FDE students had the opportunity to visit the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) for a presentation on Payment System Development in Cambodia, with a special focus on the Bakong system. The session was led by Mr. OUK Sarat, Deputy Director General of Central Banking Operations and Director of the Payment System Department.
