Context: italian referendum promoted by the fascist government over justice matters, that could have undermined the impartiality of law and judges making politicians almost immune to being persecuted. Even with every dirty move possible they enacted (no possibility to vote elsewhere for study/work reasons, MANY irregolarities in the voting cabines, etc) 55% of the votes blocked the reform of the Constitution. Nice. i bought chocolate to celebrate.
