🌞 Hello Life!
We hope you were blessed by this weekend’s message. ✨
We were reminded that the gospel doesn’t just change our behaviour, it transforms our hearts and relationships. Through Paul's appeal to Philemon, we saw the gospel at work in reconciliation, forgiveness and restoration: welcoming others as Christ has welcomed us, releasing the debts we hold against others and refusing to define people by their worst moments. Because Christ has welcomed us, paid our debt and called us His family, we are invited to extend that same grace to others.
Here is the slide deck for your reference on “Philemon: Charge It To My Account (When The Gospel Comes Home)”. ❤️

🌿 Hello, Life Church Family! 🌿
The sermon title for this weekend is: “Charge It To My Account: When The Gospel Comes Home”
Colossians told us Christ is enough. Philemon puts that claim on a front door. Twenty-five verses, one fractured household, and a runaway walking home with a letter in his hand. Paul could have issued a command and settled the matter in a sentence. Instead he lays down his authority, his helper and his money - because God is not after compliance; He is after transformed desire. Follow these three men down the road to reconciliation and you will see what the gospel actually does to a heart, a household and a church.

🌞 Hello Life!
Last weekend, we were encouraged to build a simple prayer practice – something we can return to even on days when we don't have the words, strength or motivation to pray. We've put together these visuals as a reference to building a simple prayer ritual. It doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes, a few simple words can help us pause, remember God, give thanks and turn our hearts back towards Him. 🙏
Feel free to save these visuals as a guide in our own prayer life – not as a rigid routine, but as something you can return to throughout your day. ❤️

🌞 Hello Life!
We hope you were blessed by this weekend’s message. ✨
We were reminded that following Jesus is not just about what we believe but how we live it out. We looked at the importance of a life rooted in prayer, walking wisely in the world, speaking with grace, and recognising that every one of us has a unique part to play in God’s work. As Paul reminds Archippus: “Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfil it.” You may not be known by many, but you are known by God and the assignment He has placed in your hands matters.

🌿 Hello, Life Church Family! 🌿
The sermon title for this weekend is: “Colossians Part 4 – Sent In Christ: Representing Jesus To The World (Opening The Front Door)”
As we wrap up with the final part of Colossians, we move from knowing who Christ is and what He has done, to asking: Now what? What does a life transformed by Christ actually look like? From a deeper life of prayer, to walking wisely and speaking with grace, to recognising that each of us has a part to play in God’s work, how do we now live out the faith we profess?

🌞 Hello Life!
We hope you were blessed by this weekend’s message. ✨
We were reminded that sanctification is not about earning God's approval but becoming who we already are in Christ. As Christ transforms us, we are called to put off what belongs to our old humanity and put on compassion, kindness, humility, patience, forgiveness and above all, love. Freed in a moment, formed over a lifetime. May we keep our eyes on Jesus and allow His grace to shape not just who we are but how we live and love others.

🌿 Hello, Life Church Family! 🌿
The sermon title for this weekend is: “Colossians Part 3 – Sanctified in Christ: Living like Jesus (Furnishing The Home)”
If Jesus is enough, what changes on Monday? Colossians 3 turns from who Christ is to who we are becoming, and Paul's order matters. He does not ask us to earn a place, but he tells us to live from one we already have. Before anything beautiful goes up, some walls have to come down – the sins we have quietly negotiated with and the ways we rank the people around us. Then Paul hands us new clothes – compassion, humility, meekness and above all, love. This is not renovation to earn God's approval. You already have it. Freed in a moment, formed over a lifetime.

Here is your reminder that the first of two sessions of Growth Institute – Christian Worldviews: Thinking and Engaging with Clarity will be happening tomorrow! 🔥
This session equips believers to understand how worldviews shape culture and to engage the ideas of our day with wisdom, conviction and grace. Rather than reacting to cultural trends, we will learn to trace them back to their underlying assumptions and respond thoughtfully from a biblical foundation. Through this, we will be better prepared to recognise competing worldviews, think critically about the messages around them and engage others with confidence and compassion.
Do come after you've had dinner as it will be a theatre-style setup without tables!

🌞 Hello Life!
We hope you were blessed by this weekend’s message. ✨
We were reminded that our faith is not meant to be lived alone or kept as a belief – it is something we walk out together as a community. At the heart of it all is the sufficiency of Jesus. We don't need to add anything to what Christ has already accomplished for us. Through His death, burial and resurrection, our sins are forgiven, our old lives are put to death, and we are raised to walk in newness of life. May we keep our eyes on Christ alone, trusting that He is enough.
Here is the slide deck for your reference on “Colossians Part 2 – Sufficiency of Christ: Jesus is Enough (The Structural Foundation)”. ❤️

🌿 Hello, Life Church Family! 🌿
The sermon title for this weekend is: “Colossians Part 2 – Sufficiency of Christ: Jesus is Enough (The Structural Foundation)”
Is Jesus truly enough, or have we been quietly adding other things to our faith? As we continue through Colossians, we'll rediscover the sufficiency of Christ and the freedom found in Him alone. In a world that constantly tells us to do more, be more, and earn more, Paul reminds us that everything we need is already found in Jesus.

🌞 Hello Life!
We hope you were blessed by this weekend’s message. ✨
We were reminded that in a world constantly telling us we need "Jesus + something else", Christ alone is enough. Through Paul's letter to the Colossians, we saw that Jesus is supreme over all creation, sufficient for our salvation, and worthy of being at the centre of every part of our lives. May we keep our eyes on Christ, putting Him first and allowing everything else to find its rightful place.
