THE IRS SCAM – CONTRACTOR’S LIENS The IRS uses common law Contractor's Liens. Associated with contractors working on homes today, it actually means Contract Law Lien. The scam goes like this; They send you a notice they think you owe them $15,000 for profits you earned in 2022. That's actually Notification of Debt Owed (or similar), where you now have some 15 days (or so) to respond saying "no, I don't" in order to vacate the POSTED CLAIM. POSTED comes from old-time towns where there was a wooden post in the middle of town, where if you had a grievance against someone, if you nailed it up on the POST, then within a couple of weeks, it was assumed you would see it and respond if it was not true, because everyone in town would see it and rumors would start flying if you didn't. This is where we get the term 'post' (mail) of today, or 'postal service'. So, following common law, when you respond within the allotted time by post (registered mail with a receipt showing you did send it and they did receive it), you now have proof that you had vacated the grievance, forcing them to either drop it, or start all over again with a new claim. Here's the thing: you can CLAIM any grievance you want. It does NOT have to be valid. If someone fails to respond in the time given, it is assumed you are guilty and owe them whatever it is you're asking for. Next is the Notice of Notification (these can be referred to slightly differently), where you list that you sent the original Notification on say 7/10/23 and by 7/25/23 you never heard any response to the claim, for instance. Now you get a second chance at refuting the claim or you remain silent, proving positively that you are guilty by your silence. Next they send you a Notice of Collection (or similar). Where they list when the 1st Notice was sent, when the 2nd Notice was sent, both having been ignored, and now these three notifications will be presented to a judge to issue a collection order with the Sheriff. At this point they send the papers to the Sheriff, that will settle the debt for them. They can attach bank accounts, lien your home, kick you out of the home, repossess your car, etc. because legally you are guilty and have to now pay up. The problem is, they STOPPED teaching common law to everyone the same time central bankers set up the whole fiat currency backed by nothing but the lives of Americans and instituted this massive taxation grift. So no one knows these notices are something they HAVE TO RESPOND TO in order to cancel them.
