✅ In patients with VTE the recommended anticoagulation dosage is different according to grade of thrombocytopenia: 🅰 first and second grade patients (respectively 75–100.000/ μ L and 50–75.000/μ L) should receive full dose anticoagulation ✔️and if thrombocytopenia is not stable full dose heparin should be preferred 🆎 third grade's patients (25–50.000/ receive half dose of heparin 🆑 and fourth grade's patients (<25.000/ should not receive heparin.
