Dear All ,
Inquisitive to study wishes to inform all of you to hold on with your course registration since there is a technical issues which is being worked on.
As such you're advice to halt course registration.
Students who registered their courses will need to register them again
We urge all students to hold on with the registration for now till they get update
*NOTE* if you haven't paid 50% of academic fees do not register courses.
It's a technical error which is being worked on."

*SUBJECT: NEW POLICY ON INTERNSHIPS AND SUBMISSION OF INTERNSHIP ASSESSMENT FORMS*
Dear students,
There has been a new development on the submission of internship letters. Find below the new directive;
1️⃣ Effective September 1st, 2023, all *Internship Acceptance Letters* from the organization should be submitted digitally. This is to get rid of the stress of submitting Hardcopies. However, this does not include internships done during and after the *first semester of 2022/2023 academic year*. You may have to go to the office to submit those letters.
2️⃣ Kindly ensure that all acceptance letters are scanned and sent to this email: internship@ug.edu.gh (You would notice all internship letters secured from the month of August 2023 have this directive on them).
3️⃣After the acceptance letter has been received, a prompt email response with directives for the subsequent stages of the assessment form submission process will be sent.
4️⃣It is compulsory for all students to submit their assessment forms via the online portal: https://bit.ly/45ydjwW
*SUBMISSION*
🅰️Secure a scanned version of your internship assessment form from the organization and subsequently utilize the provided link for submission (https://bit.ly/45ydjwW)
🅱️ Another option is that you may procure a hardcopy and, upon generating a clear scanned replica, use the same link for submission (https://bit.ly/45ydjwW)
*THINGS YOU SHOULD NOTE;*
*1.* All files must strictly be in PDF format.
*2.* The PDF file must be saved with your *Full Name*, as written on your assessment form, thereby facilitating seamless identification.
*3.* Ensuring the clarity of the scanned assignment form is imperative. As a result, we do not recommend using smartphones for the scan. However, if you would be able to get a clear scan with your phone, that would be accepted.
