*//MATTER MOST URGENT AND IMPORTANT// Dear All, As per the operational guide supplied by CEPT, after submitting the OTP in the rule-3 transfer apply preview page, the GDS need to click on “Verify OTP and Submit” button. Then SMS and email will be triggerred after submitting the transfer request. The request id with preferences will be shown as per the above screenshot, then only the request is submitted successfully. All are requested to enusre the same. GDS who have already submitted the transfer request may please check now the status mandatorily by clicking “Rule 3 Transfer Status” card in the self service portal. All are requested to circulate this message to all the groups for information to all GDS. Anyone who is not able to see the status now may contact CEPT through DO immediately if they have got the requested on the screen as above.*

🚨🚨🚨 PwBD GDSs seeking 1 Year Relaxation in Rule3 Transfer (1 Year of Engagement), must update their PwD status as PwBD in PIS Dashboard through concerned Division. You will not be allowed to proceed with 1 Year of Engagement even in the case of PwBD if it's not updated in PIS.

🚨🚨🚨 Please anyone confirm if a PwBD Candidate can successfully apply in Rule3 with 1 Year of Engagement. According to rule, 1 Year is needed but wrongly 2 Years Patch is deployed in Rule3 ESS Portal!
