Dear All It has come to the notice that some speculation has been going around all over Circle regarding strike call given by derecognised Federation - NFPE for 09th July' 2025 whether the call has been given under PJCA or whether FNPO is also going for Strike etc etc. However, it has been clearly informed and clarified that _*FNPO is not going for Strike on 09.07.2025*_ and all the members of FNPO should not be absent due to Strike call given by derecognised Federation (NFPE). Dear Members, As you all know that AIRMS & MMSE has organised a strike on 9th, as per the call of their CHQ *9th July 2025* Our union is strictly against the strike in any form for gaining their recognition back, unless it is absolutely necessary. So on behalf of our union of SA,MTS and GDS I urge you all *NOT* to participate in the said strike . And for new joinees (joined after 01.01.2025 and have DNI on 01.1.2026) you will be deprived of one annual increment forever if you participate in the strike. Please do not avail any sort of leave on that very day.At first it will not be sanctioned then it will be treated as NWNP(no work no pay) as per guidelines/orders in force. Give This information a huge publicity amongst all the employees under FNPO Banner . Regards.

To      Ravi pahwa विषय :- अपने विचार आपके समक्ष रखने के लिए । मैं ___ राज्य का एक असहाय gds हूँ । IT 2.0 के वावजूद भी rule 3 transfer open किया जा सकता था पर आपने उसे रोक दिया।मैं और मेरे जैसे हजारों gds भाइयों ने न तो आपसे पैसे मांगे न ही आपसे किडनी माँगी थी फिर भी आपने हमारा दुख नहीं समझा ।मैं और मेरे परिवार के सारे लोग मेरी बूढ़ी माँ , मेरी बहन , मेरे दोस्त आहत हुए हैं ।उन सबकी हाय लगेगी आपको । शुभकामनाओं के साथ                 आपका शुभचिंतक

*Expected DA/DR from Jul, 2025 – All-India CPI-IW for the month of Mar, 2025 issued by Labour Bureau 30.04.2025* *The All-India CPI-IW for March 2025 increased by 0.2 points, reaching a level of 143.0 (one hundred forty-three). Following three consecutive months of decline, this rise in the CPI-IW indicates that the expected Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief (DA/DR) for Central Government Employees and Pensioners from July 2025 is projected to be 57.06% for the third month. The CPI-IW index for the remaining three months will provide the definitive figure for DA/DR for July 2025. Currently, the calculation process, along with expectations for the half-yearly increase in DA/DR, is halfway completed.* *मार्च 2025 के लिए अखिल भारतीय CPI-IW में 0.2 अंकों की वृद्धि हुई, जो 143.0 (एक सौ तैंतालीस) पर पहुंच गया। तीन लगातार महीनों की गिरावट के बाद, CPI-IW में यह वृद्धि दर्शाती है कि जुलाई 2025 के लिए केंद्रीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के लिए अपेक्षित महंगाई भत्ता/महंगाई राहत (DA/DR) तीसरे महीने में 57.06% होने का अनुमान है। शेष तीन महीनों के लिए CPI-IW सूचकांक जुलाई 2025 के लिए DA/DR का सटीक आंकड़ा प्रदान करेगा। वर्तमान में, DA/DR के आधे वार्षिक वृद्धि की अपेक्षाओं के साथ-साथ गणना प्रक्रिया आधे रास्ते में पूरी हो चुकी है।*

*📢 Amendment in Transfer Rules of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS)* The Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, has issued a revision in the guidelines related to the administrative/vigilance-based transfers of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS). *🔹 Key Highlights of the Amendment:* 1. ABPM/Dak Sevak (Level-2) can now be transferred to BPM (Level-1) under TRCA Slab-2. 2. GDS working in RMS Units can be transferred to BPM/ABPM/Dak Sevak (Postal Units), provided they belong to the same TRCA slab. 3. Likewise, GDS from Postal Units (BPM/ABPM/Dak Sevak) can also be transferred to RMS Units. *🔸 Important Note:* Under these revised provisions, transfers from ABPM/Dak Sevak (RMS) to BPM (Level-1) shall only be allowed on administrative grounds, not on vigilance grounds. 🔹 Education and Training Mandatory: For transfer to the post of BPM, the concerned GDS must fulfill the prescribed educational qualifications and departmental criteria, and must undergo mandatory training as specified for BPM. 📌 This order has been issued on 24 June 2025 and is effective with the approval of the competent authority.
