Instead of critiquing these individual actors, critique a movement which created a situation in which people took action into their own hands without having a support structure in place to protect them and keep them out of the hands of the pigs. 🚨Puget Sound Prisoner Support reports: FEDS VISTING ACTIVISTS IN SEATTLE FBI agents from the Counter Terrorism taskforce visited the home of a local activist. Feds asked them to participate in an upcoming meeting of SUPER UW because "non-students & outside ‘bad actors’ were pushing escalation." [Excerpt] Knowing that door knocks and requests for information are common tactics of the federal government does not make it less scary for people in activist spaces. Even seasoned radicals are spooked by these encounters, but it is important to not panic – security culture has helped us build protocols for keeping each other safer in times like this. When we communicate with appropriate urgency and transparency, we are all safer when these things happen. Here are some points to remember for if and when an agent knocks: 1. Don’t panic. Federal agents knocking on doors does not necessarily mean arrests are right around the corner. Don’t let them intimidate you into making bad decisions. 2. Do not talk to them. If you are stopped on the street, at work, at home – you do not need to talk to federal agents. Close the door, walk away. Say nothing. 3. Communication is key. If you have been approached it is important that you let the broader community know. It’s not sketchy to talk about what the feds have done – they know they’ve done it. Info to relay: *Date & time of stop. *Location (at a home/at a workplace). *Agencies involved, if you don’t know that’s ok! Don’t guess. But if they ID themselves use that info- insignias on vehicles, badges or shirts are good. *Questions- if they did ask anything, be sure to mention what was asked about (“They asked questions about the BLM movement” or “They asked about individuals involved with XYZ activity”. 4. Don’t Guess! If you don’t have info about what they wanted, don’t make guesses as to what it is about — this can cause extra panic or connect dots that the feds didn’t already make. They don’t know everything. 5. Be Honest! Be clear that the intended target of the stop did not talk to the feds. If an unfortunate situation happened and people did answer questions, be open and transparent about that. Be clear that the target’s intention is to not cooperate — people are often caught off guard and answer the door without checking who is there, or answering a yes or no question before disengaging — this does not mean they are cooperating with the feds. They should communicate to the community that they have or will contact a lawyer and the National Lawyer’s Guild fed hotline. 6. Post the info about the interaction publicly. Share facts, not implications or insinuations. If you’re not sure what to report or how to do it, contact PSPS (psps@riseup.net) Once the information is public, everyone can and should repost it and share it as widely as possible so we can all stay informed, safe, and aware. 7. Call the NLG federal defense hotline (212-679-2811) at any point in this process. They are a very solid resource that people should take advantage of.

The United States vetoed a UN Security Council resolution for an "immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire" in Gaza, along with unhindered aid access. The remaining 14 Security Council members voted in favor of the draft resolution. While the US acts as a "mediator" at the behest of "israel" and runs its death trap "aid distribution mechanism," it once again shamelessly reveals that it has no intention of a path to peace. In fact, this marks the 5th veto by the US regarding a ceasefire in Gaza since October 2023. 🔴 The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine considered the veto as new evidence of direct complicity in genocide and blatant cover for the zionist entity. They noted that the decision should surprise no one, given the US' supply of the most lethal weapon globally to the IOF. The PFLP also considered the decision a new chapter in American hostility towards the Palestinian people and called on "the free people of America to confront these criminal policies."

Update from the Casey Support Committee as of 6/2/25 Casey's sentencing hearing has once again been postponed until July 22nd at 1pm at the Oakland Federal Court house. We will be mobilizing court support again for this hearing so stay tuned for confirmation and guidelines a few weeks before that date. FREE ELIAS RODRIGUEZ: BUILD THE INTERNATIONAL POPULAR CRADLE OF RESISTANCE — Free Elias Rodriguez Organizing Committee [Excerpts of statement]...the operation conducted by Elias Rodriguez against israel’s diplomatic functionaries in Washington DC—people actively engaged in facilitating this comprehensive violence across the globe by creating the diplomatic space to continue and deepen it—was, by his own account, a declaration of ENOUGH! To paraphrase a great revolutionary, protest is when we say “we don’t like this”, resistance is when we put an end to what we don’t like. To be clear, what we are asserting is more than a recognition that the violence and oppression meted out by the zionist movement will inevitably give rise to counter-violence, an indisputable truism. We are saying that such counter-violence is legitimate. It is justice. Elias Rodriguez’s act was fully justified, at that place where legal and moral duties meet. It is clear that international law, which the West itself established and whose institutions are dominated by the interest of these imperialists, establishes a duty to take action to stop genocide, including the use of violence to do so. Under international law, this duty is assigned to states—it is not for non-state actors to assert. But what of the case where no Western state has taken sufficient action to stop the devastation, where a genocide occurs in front of everyone’s eyes, live streamed both in the carnage of Gaza and also in the explicit and implicit admissions of the israeli government and broader zionist movement? In this case, our case, the only actors who dare to impose consequences have been, by the designation of the imperialists themselves, non-state actors, besides Iran. This is the point at which those legal obligations, derogated and left unfulfilled by those responsible to them, fall to the free people of the world to fulfill. Elias Rodriguez exacted a consequence, a mere drop in the bucket of consequences due to the zionist movement and its military garrison of a state. May it redound to teach a lesson and set an example. To finally give pause to the zionists, that there are limits and that impunity will not be permitted, anywhere... The US state will undoubtedly seek the death penalty for his case, as they have with Rodney Hinton Jr. and Luigi Mangione, whose alleged actions also helped to balance the scales of justice. The zionists will make Elias Rodriguez an avatar of our movement, while distorting his and our message, seeking to strike yet more fear, to intimidate us further into silence and hapless, hopeless “protest.” If we allow them to silently kill Elias Rodriguez, if we sit back and watch or allow ourselves to forget his resistance, then they will have also killed a part of our movement, a part of us; that part that yearns for justice against the outrageous and humiliating impunity of this system of genocide and, indeed, biocide.
