We are currently restraining them to the best of our ability, destroying Russian units that enter our land and terrorize the Kharkiv region. The direction is reinforced. And it will be reinforced even more. There was also a report on the Donetsk directions, where the situation is the most difficult. I would also like to commend our units that showed the best performance in combat this week. The Kharkiv direction – the 36th separate marine infantry brigade and the 92nd separate assault brigade. Thank you! In the Donetsk region, I thank all the soldiers and commanders of the 55th separate artillery brigade. Consistently efficient! In addition, based on this week's results, warriors of the Defense Intelligence, in particular, the "Group 13" unit and the "Shaman" special unit, deserve special mention. Well done! 🔱Operational information as of 10:00 p.m. 06/08/2024 regarding the Russian invasion. ❗️The main summary: 🔵 So far, 76 combat clashes have taken place. During the current day, the Russian invaders carried out 44 airstrikes on the territory of Ukraine using 52 anti-aircraft missiles, and used 481 kamikaze drones. The Russians carried out more than 2,800 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas using various types of weapons. 🔵On the Kharkiv direction, since the beginning of the day, four enemy attacks have been repulsed in the districts of Liptsi, Hlyboky, and Vovchansk. 🔵In the Kupyansk direction, eight attacks by Russian invaders were repelled in the areas of Sinkivka, Pishchane, Andriivka, Grekivka and Makiivka settlements. The situation is tense - the battle near Nevsky continues. 🔵 In the Lymansky direction, the enemy tried to advance seven times in the direction of the settlements of Nevske, Terny, Ivanivka, Torske and Dibrova. Six attacks were repulsed, the battle continues in the Ivanivka area. 🔵In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped three enemy attempts to dislodge our soldiers in the Chasovoy Yar, Ivanivsky, and Andriivka areas. At the same time, the situation near Ivanovsky remains tense - the battle continues. 🟠In the Pokrovsky direction, our group repelled 27 attacks by the occupiers. Twenty assault attempts by the Russians in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Yevgenivka, Sokol, Novopokrovskog, Novoselivka First and Yasnobrodivka were repulsed. Seven more enemy attacks continue. The situation is aggravated. In particular, the invaders continue to try to break through from Ocheretiny to Yevhenivka and Novooleksandrivka. The defense forces are taking measures to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into our territory. 🔵 There were no significant changes in the situation in the rest of the directions. Today, the units of our aviation and missile forces and artillery damaged 21 areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, a control point, four air defense vehicles, a EW station and three radar stations of the occupiers. A collaborant from Kharkiv Oblast is in "critical condition" after an assassination attempt in Russia, Ukraine's military intelligence agency (HUR) claimed on June 8. The life of Hennadii Matsehora, the former mayor of the city of Kupiansk in the country's northeast, was targeted on June 7 in the city of Stary Oskol in Belgorod Oblast, HUR reported in a Telegram post. In particular, farmers sowed more than 99% of the projected areas of spring grains and legumes: corn — 3,928 thousand hectares (100.4% of the projected area); barley — 783 thousand hectares (95.7%); wheat — 252.7 thousand hectares (102.6%); oats — 163.7 thousand hectares (100.7%); peas — 162.5 thou hectares (101.6%); buckwheat — 100.8 thou hectares (80.7%); millet — 69.7 thou hectares (81.8%). Among the oilseeds, the area under sunflower was 5,189.8 thou hectares (98%), and soybeans — 2,032.3 thou hectares (102%). German law enforcement agencies have conducted searches as part of an investigation into the activities of a dealer who supplied luxury cars to Russia, circumventing sanctions, according to Bild. "One of the car dealerships in the city of Bochum in western Germany is under suspicion. The prosecutor's office and customs are investigating its manager,” the agency writes. It is noted that he sold luxury cars to Russia totaling 5 million euros. Among them are Mercedes and Porsche cars. The journalists explained that the businessman had violated the current export embargo. On Thursday, searches were conducted in Bochum and Dortmund, several cars were confiscated, and the investigation is ongoing.
