don’t. forget. the tissues. im not kidding !!!! there’s always a tear-jerker instance somewhere in TJR’s books.. which i LOVE the main characters are growing up in the shadow of their famous, and largely absent, father. (read: douchebag) as you devour this book, you can’t help but ask yourself: what would i do in that situation? would i leave my siblings behind? would i sacrifice my own life to make them stronger? could i ever forgive our dad for leaving us for good? heartbreaking, unhinged and oh, so very human, 10/10 😌💭
