This made my overall experience enjoyable and encouraged me to continue using your service. However, there are some issues that I believe need attention. One of the main problems is ticket prices, which are too costly to afford. Another problem is the uncomfortable seats, as this often creates inconveniences. Altogether, these issues reduce the overall quality of the service. To improve the situation, I would like to suggest the following changes. Firstly, it would be beneficial if you could reduce the costs of tickets, as this motivates many people to visit the cinema. Secondly, I recommend installing more comfortable chairs, because this could offer a more enjoyable experience for movie-lovers. Thank you for considering my feedback.
