Retroactive SBS Bot Profit Display Update – Rolling Out Within 72 Hours We’re pleased to announce that an important update will be applied to all SBS bots within the next 72 hours to ensure the profit display is fully accurate and transparent. What Changed? Until recently, the profit shown at the end of a session has not included the remaining amount in the holding tank—leading to an underreported net profit. Going forward, the remaining tank amount will be added to the last trade profit of each session, providing a more complete and accurate reflection of your bot’s performance. This update has already taken place. Retroactive Update We will also be updating all previously closed SBS sessions to reflect this change over the next 72 hours. This means your past performance summaries will now display the true total profit earned per session. Thank you for your patience as we continue to enhance clarity, reliability, and trust across the EazyBot ecosystem.

Greetings, EazyBot Family! Important Update: MATIC to POL Transition on Kraken Exchange Kraken is replacing MATIC/USD trading pairs with POL/USD. NOTE: Kraken does not support POL/USDT at this time. Therefore, all EazyBot users who were previously trading MATIC/USDT will see their bots automatically adjusted to POL/USD. Action Required (for affected users): If you were trading MATIC/USDT, you will need to convert your USDT to USD within your Kraken account in order to continue trading with POL. This transition ensures your bots remain active and aligned with the updated trading pairs on Kraken. If you need assistance converting USDT to USD, please refer to Kraken’s help center or contact EazyBot support. In this process, some exchanges have credited Vaulta (A) tokens to users’ Funding Accounts rather than their Trading Accounts. Action Required: If you previously held EOS and have now received Vaulta (A) in your exchange Funding Account, please manually transfer those tokens to your Trading Account. This step is essential for EazyBot to continue executing trades on your behalf using Vaulta (A). Additionally, once your transfer is complete, you may need to reactivate any bots that were previously using EOS, as they have now been updated to operate with Vaulta (A). We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your continued trust in EazyBot as we support seamless transitions in the evolving crypto space.
