⚠️Vent⚠️
Lately I haven't been having the best days mentally, many personal problems, Stressful situations, and doubts about the present and future have been arising more frequently than usual, Despite that, I've always been someone who tries to keep going despite feeling unwell, but yesterday my body somehow told me enough was enough
After a very stresfull and Anguished Week , yesterday I experienced a situation that led to a spike in stress, This caused a muscle spasm; my neck and much of my back tensed up so much that it was impossible to move them due to the pain, leaving me immobilized for a large part of the day., Luckily, Thanks to the medication and being able to slow down it's not as painful anymore, but it's still somewhat uncomfortable as the nerves and muscles will take a few days to return to normal. This led to the realization that I can't keep pushing myself to the limit forever. If I truly want to offer the best of myself, I must start setting boundaries and listening to my needs, I need to be healthy so I can continue working on what I enjoy, so now I'll start taking more breaks between commissions and try to reorganize my schedule and work time To be able to continue illustrating your ideas, I hope I can soon say that everything turned out for the best and that it was just a passing bad moment, but for now I thank you for your support and patience, And sorry for the long post, but I felt it was necessary to mention it here.
