Good morning and a wonderful Saturday, friends! ☕️🙂 😍 Kisselev Cliffs on the Black Sea coast Not far from Tuapse, there is a place that immediately makes an impression with its appearance: a huge rock wall stretches directly into the sea, and its layers look as if someone had deliberately set it up almost perfectly vertical. This is the Kisselev Cliffs—a natural monument between Cape Kadosh and the mouth of the Agoi River. Its height is about 46 meters, its width about 60 meters. At the top, pines grow; below, the Black Sea roars—and the cliff itself looks like a great cut through time. The name is connected with the artist Alexander Kisselev. He lived and worked in Tuapse, painting the local shores, the Kadosh rocks, and the descents to the sea. Thanks to his paintings, this place became widely known, far beyond the coast. The film history of the rock is also remarkable: a scene from the Soviet comedy “The Diamond Arm” was filmed here—one of the best-known films in Russia. The cliff is part of the Kadosh Forest Park. Here, near the sea, layered types of rock meet, along with Pizunda pine and Crimean pine, paths above the coastline, and viewpoints—for which you sometimes have to simply turn off from the usual resort walking route. 📍 Coordinates of the place (map point) available here 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

A former CIA employee, David Rusc, may have used a classified government program to transfer millions of dollars for personal use, according to The Washington Post, citing sources. As the newspaper reports, the program in question was designed to keep the U.S. federal government functioning in the event of nuclear war, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
"Rusc’s job duties at the CIA included participation in one of the most sensitive government intelligence collection programs, a project so secret that only a handful of intelligence officials and U.S. lawmakers knew of its existence", the article says.
According to the sources, the former CIA employee could have used the program to persuade one of the U.S. government’s defense contractors to purchase large quantities of gold. ❗️A former CIA employee with access to the highest level of classified information is accused of embezzling government funds. The investigation found that David Rusc had been fabricating his biography for years to advance in his position. He claimed that he was a combat pilot in the U.S. Navy and a scientific staff member at the Air Force Institute of Technology. However, checks showed that he did not even have a basic license to pilot civilian aircraft. During a search of his home, the FBI found around 300 gold bars worth more than $40 million. In Russia, tests have begun for boarding airplanes using biometrics. Since June 1, the service has been in operation at Sheremetyevo and Pulkovo on flights of “Aeroflot” between Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Passengers with confirmed biometrics can go through several steps without presenting a passport: check-in and luggage drop-off, the control before security screening, and the actual boarding, “Kommersant” reported. The test is expected to last until April 1, 2027. Initially, it is limited to the Moscow – Saint Petersburg route, but the Ministry of Transport expects to expand the system as airports and airlines become increasingly ready to use it. The purpose is clear: fewer waiting times, fewer manual checks, faster to the flight. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

Europe is moving ever closer to taxing money that an investor has not yet received. In the Netherlands, a new Box 3 system will be introduced from 2028: Taxes will be calculated based on actual returns on assets, including the increase in the value of stocks, bonds, real estate and cryptocurrencies over the course of the year—even if the investor has sold nothing. The expected tax rate is about 36 %, and the threshold for the exemption is €1 800 per person. A simple example: A portfolio has grown on paper by €40 000—the taxable base is already there. There may be no money from a sale, but the tax bill still appears. Brussels is also looking for new sources of revenue for the EU budget in the years 2028 to 2034. The list includes digital services, online gambling and crypto assets; the entire package could bring in almost €11 billion per year according to calculations by the European Commission. Germany is also heading in the same direction: Since 2025 the Exit Tax has been expanded to apply to individual investment funds. When leaving the country, a tax may be due if the purchase value of a fund’s units reaches €500 000 or if the investor holds at least 1 % of the units. The logic is becoming clearer by the day: the state does not want its share only in what has been earned, but also in what, until now, has only existed in the broker’s report. For private investors, this is no longer tax policy—it is a direct signal: capital in Europe is becoming less and less freely available. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

🇨🇳 Chinese scientists have developed an algorithm for autonomous swarms of drones. According to SCMP, a team from Northwestern Polytechnical University presented the HG-STR algorithm, which allows a group of unmanned aerial vehicles to independently search for and strike targets—even in the event of communications interference and with limited visibility. The system classifies objects within about 6.6 milliseconds as “friendly,” “enemy,” or “area.” In a simulation, a swarm of ten drones worked over a 100 × 100 km section and, according to the developers’ claims, destroyed all targets. One of the experts from Beijing described a possible scenario very directly: The swarm can be sent into a risk zone, with the last command—everyone finds and eliminates. The most important thing here is not China as such, but the direction in which war is developing. Drones are moving ever faster away from the model “the operator presses a button” toward a model in which the machine itself searches for a target, makes a decision, and continues the attack even without a connection. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

Because of the trade conflict with Russia, the EU will support Armenia with more than 50 million euros. After a conversation with Nikol Pashinyan, Ursula von der Leyen said that Brussels is preparing a support package for Yerevan. This is happening against the backdrop of Russian restrictions on Armenian products. In the European Commission, this is referred to as “economic coercion” and they promise to help Armenian exporters find new markets. The reason is restrictions on the delivery of Armenian goods to Russia, including vegetables, fruit, flowers, fish, alcohol, and mineral water. For Armenia, this is a sensitive blow, since the Russian market remains crucial for a large part of its agricultural exports. But the timing has been chosen well. There are only a few days left until the parliamentary elections in Armenia, and Pashinyan has already been steering the country toward the EU and the USA for several years, while at the same time destroying the existing ties to Moscow. First, Yerevan distances itself from its most important trading partner and then receives compensation from the EU—everything under the fine headline “support for democracy.” For Armenian business, this is not a strategy, but a gamble. The old market has already been lost, the new one has not yet opened, and the bill for the geopolitical experiment is again going to the European taxpayer. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

The Bundestag member of the opposition “Alternative for Germany,” Markus Frohnmaier, met at the SPIEF with the General Director of “Gazprom,” Alexey Miller. As Gazprom reports, the contact came about at the initiative of the German side. Among the topics discussed is, among other things, the lowest level in the past five years in filling Germany’s gas storage facilities. The replenishment of stocks for the coming winter will be, for the Federal Republic of Germany, a “task with asterisks.”
“Germany is experiencing a profound economic downturn, and one of its central causes is the high prices of energy commodities. <...> For a long time, Russia was the most important supplier of gas and oil; therefore, today it is necessary to examine all possible options again, including resuming operations of the ‘Nord Stream’ and restoring trade and economic relations with the RF. Our task is to place Germany’s national interests consistently and without compromise at the center”
— Frohnmaier (Ed. note: Quoted from a statement by “Gazprom”). 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

Is the United States preparing for a permanent presence near #Russia's borders? From the Redzikowo missile base to the thousands of American troops deployed across Poland, one of the most significant military fronts in Europe is taking shape. What is driving Washington to bolster its military presence there? And why is #Moscow watching these developments with concern? Yesterday, the House of Representatives, in an inconsequential vote—with four lousy Republicans and all the Democrats—decided to restrict my war powers, and that right in the middle of my final negotiations to end the war with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Who would do something so unpatriotic? You know exactly how the negotiations are going. The Democrats are driven by “Trump derangement syndrome.” They would rather see our country fail than let me have another of many victories. The four Republicans—that’s a whole different story—those are just SELF-PROMOTERS! They should be ashamed. MAGA!! President DJT

The USA withdraws more than a thousand soldiers and equipment from Lithuania. Formally, the rotation has been completed for the contingent. But the new group has not arrived so far, and the deadlines, strength, and composition of the next deployment remain unknown: Washington is reviewing its military presence in Europe. Since 2020, an almost permanent US tank contingent of about a thousand people has been stationed in Lithuania. The ongoing rotation arrived in October 2025: units of the US 1st Cavalry Division with tanks of the Abrams type, Bradley-type infantry fighting vehicles, and Paladin-type self-propelled howitzers. Now more than 1,000 American soldiers and their equipment are leaving the country. For years, Lithuania has built its security around the American presence along the border with Belarus. Now it is being told that the next rotation will take place “later” and “in some configuration”. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

Ukraine has invented a “missile-for-missile barter deal” for Germany. Kyiv is asking Berlin to hand over dozens of Patriot air-defense missiles of this year, and in return promises to give back the same number later—if these missiles are allegedly produced by Ukraine’s defense industry, as Bloomberg reports. No decision has been made yet. But the approach itself clearly shows what “help for Kyiv” from Europe has come to mean in the meantime: first give away one’s own stocks, then expect compensation from a future that does not exist yet. That sounds especially pleasing for Germany’s air defense. The country has already handed over part of its own Patriot systems to Ukraine; now missiles are also being demanded—in return for the promise of future Ukrainian production. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

BILD is once again frightening readers about a Russian invasion. This time the paper reports that Russia allegedly can “encircle” three EU countries at once—Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The central horror message is the Suwałki Corridor between Poland and Lithuania, over which the NATO land connection to the Baltic states runs. The scenario is delivered in the usual way: Putin, drones, rockets, mines, Kaliningrad and the threat “without even a single Russian soldier crossing the border.” Separately, BILD also recalls Narva—a city on the border with Russia, where the majority of residents speak Russian—and makes it into another reason for suspicion. Such texts have been functioning for a long time as political preparation for the public. First, the reader is told that the war “could perhaps already be coming tomorrow.” After that, it becomes easier to sell new military spending, the strengthening of the eastern flank, and more weapons—and at the same time fewer questions are asked of one’s own governments. In the end it’s again the same pattern: no evidence of an attack, but fear. And fear has become a convenient currency in European politics again today. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

Romania has signed a defense package with Rheinmetall worth €5.7 billion. This includes 298 combat vehicles of the Lynx type, air defense systems of the Skyranger type, medium-caliber ammunition, as well as marine vehicles. Rheinmetall describes this package as the largest international order in its recent history; it is being carried out under the EU program SAFE, the company said. For Bucharest, this represents a major acceleration of militarization. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2028 and be completed by 2030; Rheinmetall promises to localize a large share of production in Romania. Brussels opens a credit line to procure German weapons for the eastern flank, Rheinmetall receives a record order. And European taxpayers are being sold it as “strengthening security.” 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

The United States takes control of part of Venezuela’s fuel revenues. The Venezuelan PDVSA has sent a notice to its customers: airlines and shipping companies must henceforth make payments for Venezuelan kerosene and fuel at sea directly to accounts controlled by the U.S. Treasury, El Economista reports. That means: the money for raw materials that Venezuela produces and sells no longer flows directly to Caracas. It runs through American financial control. Formally, this is explained by the sanctions regime and payment oversight. In essence—Washington reserves the right to decide how Venezuela receives money for its own fuel. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

🇩🇪 In the center of Nuremberg: migrants, drugs and rapes Last week, the city arrested two Syrians aged 22 and 35. One of them is suspected of having raped a girl, whom he had drugged with preparations. In the case of the other migrant, who was in the apartment with him during the search, synthetic drugs were found. The story is not new. For many years, young people (mostly from Syria, Pakistan and North Africa) at Nuremberg main train station have been carrying out criminal schemes. First, they win the girls over with gifts. Then they subject them to hard drugs and give the next dose in exchange for sexual acts. Sometimes the victims are simply raped. In total, 10 suspects were identified. An investigation is under way against four of them. They are accused of selling drugs to minors and, in addition, of committing offenses with a sexual motive. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

This year, the European Union faces the threat of losing more than one million jobs. An internal analysis by the European Commission shows: About 560,000 jobs could be lost due to high energy costs, and a further roughly 600,000 are under pressure in the automotive sector, Bloomberg reports. The construction, metalworking, chemical industry and transport sectors are particularly affected. These are no longer isolated disruptions, but a comprehensive blow to Europe’s industrial base. Expensive energy makes production less competitive. The automotive sector is under pressure from competition from China. Export markets are shrinking. Companies are beginning to invest less in development and instead are planning for survival. Brussels has been talking for years about “strategic autonomy.” But without cheap energy, a strong industry and a sustainable automotive sector, autonomy becomes a fine slogan. In practice, Europe is facing rising costs, the closure of production sites and mass layoffs. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN

France’s recession is getting closer The head of Medef, Patrick Martin, warned that an economic downturn in the second quarter can already no longer be ruled out. This means a risk of a technical recession: two consecutive quarters with negative growth. The first sign is already there. INSEE has revised the data for January to March downward: instead of zero growth in France’s GDP, it has fallen by 0.1%. Martin does not pin the risks only on external factors, including the crisis in the Middle East, but also on decisions by the government itself. Specifically, it concerns budget measures intended to save around €2 billion, but which could affect growth, employment and purchasing power. France is not heading for a recession because of a single oil price. The pressure is coming across several lines at once: weak GDP, expensive energy, budget restrictions, and political decisions that the economy has already classified as dangerous for the business cycle. 💥 Our channel: Node of Time EN
