ويشمل عادةً:
📋 خطوات وتسلسل التنفيذ من بداية العمل حتى الانتهاء.
👷 الموارد والعمالة والمعدات المطلوبة للتنفيذ.
🦺 إجراءات السلامة والمخاطر وطرق التحكم بها.
🔍 الفحص والاختبارات ونقاط الـ Inspection.
📐 التنفيذ طبقًا لـ Approved Drawings & Project Specifications والكود والمعايير المعتمدة بالمشروع.
🏭 مع الالتزام بتعليمات Manufacturer عند الحاجة.
مثال:
في تنفيذ مواسير مكافحة الحريق، يوضح الـ MOS تسلسل الأعمال من فحص المواد → تحديد المواقع → تركيب الـ Supports → تركيب المواسير والمحابس → الفحص والاختبار.
⚠️ لذلك الـ Method Statement مهم جدًا لأنه يحدد كيف سيتم تنفيذ العمل بشكل آمن ومنظم ومطابق لمتطلبات المشروع، وليس مجرد وصف للعمل.

الـ RFI هو طلب رسمي يقدمه المقاول للاستشاري للحصول على توضيح عندما تكون هناك معلومة غير واضحة، تعارض في الرسومات، أو تفصيلة تحتاج إلى تفسير قبل التنفيذ.
🔹 مثال: وجود تعارض بين مسار ماسورة مكافحة الحريق وكَمرة إنشائية.
🔹 يقوم المقاول بتحديد المشكلة ورفع RFI موضحًا رقم الرسم والموقع والاستفسار.
🔹 يقوم الاستشاري بمراجعة الحالة وإصدار Clarification / Response.
🔹 بعدها يتم التنفيذ طبقًا للتوضيح والوثائق المعتمدة بالمشروع.
⚠️ مهم: لا تبدأ التنفيذ على نقطة غير واضحة بالاعتماد على التخمين؛ اطلب التوضيح من خلال الـ RFI حسب إجراءات المشروع.
