In Spain it already is September, and most of you know that it's suicide prevention month. I know I do the same messages many times, but it will never be enough. As a person who has struggled with suicide thoughts and attempts for years, I see you. I really do. Suicide is a big problem that has been there for so long that people just sees it like it's normal. But it's not. Suicide shouldn't even exist. Suicide doesn't come from egoistic people. It comes from people who suffers with mental disorders, from bullying, from non-acceptance, from family problems, from financial issues... Even kids go for that when they don't see a light. It's fucking sad that a kid has to do it. Please, if you see someone struggling, offer them help, a hand, a shoulder where they can lay on for a bit. And if you're struggling yourself, reach out. Talk with your friends, with your family if you have a good relationship with them, with your partner if you have one, with a therapist. Suicide shouldn't be the option. And it's sad that society is lately being so fucking bad, because for people who is struggling it makes it so worse.. If you have a friend of the LGBTQ+ community, check on them. If you have a kid that may seem sad someday after school, check on them. If you know someone with depression, anxiety, BPD, or any bad mental disorder, check on them. If someone seems to feel bad, no matter what, if you know them or not, offer them a hand. Helping at least for a bit is a small action that can save a life. If you know an old person that lives alone, check on them, give them company. If you study and you know someone that always sits alone, be friends with them. And there are so many more examples.. All my attempts were failed, as you see, I'm still here. But I'm happy. I have BPD, anxiety and depression, but I also have amazing friends, girlfriend and family that give me huge support. And I'm happy to say that I am slowly recovering from my suicidal tendencies. Some days are more low, of course. Relapses. But reaching out for help is the best you can do. Please, don't hide yourself. Don't hide your feelings. Don't repress your feelings until they explode. Just be you, and don't be afraid to showing your colours, even if they're dark, they are beautiful and there must be someone that will love your colours and will be happy to help you. If you feel alone, don't be scared of meeting new people. People is really nice most of the times, I promise. I love you and I see you, don't let this be your option. Your feelings are valid and so are you. And if you know someone that may have suicidal tendencies, don't only help them this month. Help them ALWAYS, let them see that there is a good path. As stronger the storm is, the most beautiful will be the bright sky.

I was confident I could reuse things from previous years for high school, but my binder is broken and so are my pencil cases 🥲 SAVE ME I DON'T WANNA SPEND 50+ EURO IN SCHOOL STUFF being 18 and being in high school is sad (idk how it goes in your countries but here high school is in 16 and 17 years old)
