Hello all,
We have resumed debiting/charging users for “Activation of Share…” failed response from MTN. Note that you will NOT be refunded for such response until a screenshot evidence is provided that the affected number has been linked with NIN. This evidence should be sent to the WhatsApp customer service alongside the transaction ID. The evidence must show the attempted phone number.
We noticed some users kept retrying failed “Activation of Share…” transactions almost 15times🥲 and more. And we are debited per attempt. Imagine someone attempting 5GB for 15times. This is hillarous as so much lossess have been incurred already. Kindly understand with us and adhere to the guidelines stipulated.

*Also, On the issue of some MTN CG and CGLite showing processing, please note that many of them delivered while others didn’t. It is as a result of delayed response fredback from MTN during downtimes.*
*Only submit a complaint when a customer complains of not receiving the data. Also, your patience is highly required as the team is gradually taking time to treat theses issues. There are alot of backlogs due to frequent downtimes lately and poor network to hasten the process.*
We will further implement alternative measures to work around this.

We have successfully refunded in bulk all of these incomplete message response without Data Plan size and vendors balance for MTN SME data for 15th and 16th March, 2024. Sources confirmed it didn’t deliver. Please also refund your customers for such transactions.
