▪︎most common cause of neonatal apnia is prematurity ▪︎most common cause of neonatal convulsion is Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

⚡️ One of complication of placil (metoclopramide) is Oculogyric Crisis (OGC) حاله تشبه الصرع وعلاجها Alermine + diazepam لذلك نخاف منه

⚡️ Indication of change the formula in bottle feeding child ------------------------------- Triad of :- ▪︎chronic diarrhea more than 3 weeks ▪︎Acidic PH of stool ▪︎Napkin dermatitis (due to Acidic stool)

⚡️In neonate fit + ⬇️ PCV = think about ICH ( intracranial hemorrhage)

⚡️The best site for LP in paediatric age group is L3-L4 but in practice we do it in L4 -L5 to gain 2 trial ( اذا مجا ويانة بال L3-L4 بعد منكدر نصعد ولا ننزل )

⚡️Any complicated febrile seizures should exclude meningititis

⚡️Normal body temperature in children is 36.5 - 37.6 c° (up to 38 in some gides)

⚡️Indication of metronidazole (Flagel) in diarrhea ▪︎ posative GSE for Giardia or Entamoeba histolotica (lab) ▪︎bloody stool in history (clinical)
