⚡️ddx of dropping attack (fainting) د.بسمة -------------------------------- 🔸️vasovagal attack هذا شرط يكون هوه وواكف / فجأة تضلم الدنيا بعينه ويدوخ ويوكع بعد كم ثانية ومن يكعد يكول جنت اسمعهم شنو يحجون من دخت وممكن يصير عندة tremor او urination خلال ال attack 🔸️fit ▪︎atonic fit ▪︎tonic fit ▪︎myoclonic fit هذا ماكو فترة دوخه او غواش فجاه يفقد الوعي ويوكع وموشرط واكف ممكن كاعد او نايم وبس يصحى ينام نص ساعة اكثر وبعدها يصحى >>ندزة Vidio EEG 🔸️cardiac (prolonged QT interval ) هذا ممكن يكون ديركض وفجاه يفقد الوعي ويوكع ممكن عدهم family history of sudden death ذولة ندزهم ECG 🔸️HSY (Psychological) posative bells phenomenon (من نفتح عينه نلكيه يباوع ليفوك ) بينما جماعة ال vasovagal وجماعة ال fit من نفتح عينهم نلكيهم يباوعون على صفحة او محدقين للامام " Diagnosis of exclusion "
