I don't fucking now what's the trick right now honestly but when i get there I'll be sure to make it memorable + understandable. Such complicated matters occur only when you have to deal with people. Never had those obstacles while I was self-employed

Take Bekzod Mirahmedov for example, the first to be announced as a Niner and many more stuff. In person the first impression you'll get is "a cool guy" But if you act exactly like him in your current level of influence, you'll be seen as "o'zidan yasavogan" Though over the course of my connection with Mr Bekzod I am certain that he's just another asshole and a dalbayob. But that gets overlooked because of his level.

The point is people's opinions should never set up a notch for you reach Likeability has always been an illusion. You may be cool and intelligent but just because you don't seem confident in your skills, they'll assume you're not it. Same with Confidence but no empathy, you'll be seen as an asshole because that's the only side of you they've seen so far and they are quick to assume.

When someone criticizes you for an aspect of your personality while urging you to change, try to find a way around it. If you keep constantly changing for everybody's favor, you'll eventually lose the You that many people would like. And then it turns the reason you were asked to change was not so that you could grow and become likeable. It's because they could not change themselves.

Unless you get your most natural self out there for people to see/judge/like, it's impossible to find satisfaction in it. Since others' opinion of you effect you, try to show them a "self" that's close to how you would act when others had no right to judge. Which over time causes it to get judged anyway, molded by them.

The human experience is the same for everybody. As the byproduct of your environment you have every right to project yourself in the most natural manner possible. But what if that doesn't get you where you wanna be? Do you start pretending?
