05 A few things got me out of this RAT and freed me up from anxiety and self sabotaging thoughts.
- Processing of trauma which assisted me to let go of fear of loneliness
- Conversation with GOD where I speak the prayer aloud with my voice
- Including in my daily routine a few things that I truly love such as playing my shamanic drum and singing
- Deep gratitude for everything!!!
- Walks and physical exercise such as scything the stinging nettle around the food forest I inherited
- Full freedom to travel anywhere I want (this was very difficult with 12 cats and 200+ flowers)
- Full freedom to talk to any female I want (prior I was only limiting my conversions with males so not to rough the feathers with my ex wife)
- Following my vision - Drafting the WAUTILLARIUM BLUEPRINT
THE RESULT: I am living with no internet connection and 1 neighbour on the other side of the village... Yes I am totally alone and calmest I’ve ever been. Sure I would love a partner but bringing her into my life whilst I am still healing, will bring about yet another disaster. Thus I'm in the process of learning to love myself without anyone!!! Just me and God. I've never been able to do that before...
To finish the story about my 5 year marriage: Zoya and I parted peacefully and even hugged each other a few times 😉 we got a clear understanding that we gave each other everything we possibly could during our 5 year relationship. I gave Zoya the Gothic Arch with the land it is on and she handed her rights to the old village home with 2 Hectares of land where I am currently writing this email from.

THE NOW: I use the old village home to work and cook in whilst I sleep in a tent outside. I love the bird songs and fresh air. This morning I got chilly in my winter blanket as the temperature dropped to 9 degrees Celsius, with the Summer Solstice being only 10 days away.
I am free of all substances including tobacco, thus the messages from above are downloading fast and crystal clear. If you add me as a contact on social media you will see my regular 3-10 second video stories of my experience.
As I mentioned most of my energy is invested in detailing the Wautillarium Living Bio Shelter Oasis - Micro Farm By the end of summer I’ll complete the full set of construction drawings and then 3D print 1:10 scale model out of concrete.
I will be able to test out all the air currents, self heating and cooling mechanisms. The refinements will be refreshed into the construction set of drawings - ready for the actual build.

06 Hello friends, the last few months have been literally life transforming
3 months ago I felt a major discomfort in my heart area that rapidly shifted into an anxiety or panic attack. The root cause of it I identified as betrayal of my soul.
I simply was not following my vision, my chosen destiny. (Please note that the same burning in the heart area and anxiety can happen for many reasons such as trauma, daily situations and your reactions to various aggressors etc. I will not cover these in this email and you can reach out to me for a private support session)
When the panic attack got unbearable I let, my wife (at the time) Zoya know that it is wise to focus on the construction of my main project - The Wautillarium Earthship Hybrid that I have been developing since 2017, instead of building a second Gothic Arch home for her mom. Postponing it for another season would be devastating. She responded quite furiously to my request, with foul words I can not mention in this text...
At the end of 2022 we purchased 1/8th of Ha, 50 miles from St Petersburg where I wanted to build my Wautillarium Bio-Shelter, which by then had a series of super detailed construction drawings, which can be all seen on this page
Zoya asked me that I should do something simpler and easer: therefore the 1st Gothic arch was built in which I overwintered in, with 200 tropical flowers, at -30 Celsius... all alone… whilst Zoya stayed with 12 cats in a 2 bedroom 2 miles away.
When spring came, I understood that if I don’t follow my vision, then I WILL BE BETRAYING MY SOUL !
The consequences of not following what is important to me were becoming quite evident, my body and possibly my soul literally started to die:
self sabotaging negative thoughts
depression and anxiety
shaking legs and then the whole body (early stages of Parkinson)
getting sick with flu first in March and then April this year (I usually have flu only once per year)
eczema on my skin
my organism literally started to shut down and Zoya got really sick as well...
...after divorce we are both thankfully well and putting ourselves piece by piece...
In our evolution we call life, we never stand still: where are either moving up towards Light / God, whilst uplifting feelings enchant our entire being OR we fall to hellish experience with destructive thoughts and an outer reality that’s starts to crumple before our eyes. WE CREATE IT ALL, WE ARE THE REASON OUR REALITY IS AS IT IS!!!
By the way this last phrase in capital letters is the main reason that I am starting to fly exponentially towards light. As I understood this phrase with every cell of my being: that I AM in fact and WE as a collective ARE RESPONSIBLE for everything we see in our lives and on our planet This reality check and mode of thinking became A Game Changer for me.
Just a few months back, I was so low and I could not get up by myself…. fear of loneliness without my wife, however whilst we were together I was also depressed … I did not know how to get out of this and what was wrong with me… Depressive thoughts encircled every fibre of my being. I cried and I cried and I could not continue any longer… and I finally reached out to GOD in prayer for help.
I saw a message on a towel in a public sauna: "Healthy Body = Healthy Soul", the next day I headed out to a healing spa to do a water fast for 7 days, in order to heal my body and hear the voice of my soul. Upon returning back my relationship only worsened…
I headed to Moscow to do a series of talks about my life's purpose: building a sacred geometrical bio mimicry inspired town comprising of solar oriented passive bio architecture… from there I initiated a divorce. Upon arrival back my relationship perished… | 145 | 0 | Loading... |
