Each package contained bread, sugar and meat and brought these smiles to families thanks to your donations!

| 10 | Happy to announce that we have nearly completed the learning material and development journeys for entire 3 year course for Team Leader Level 3 apprenticeship immersive learning and assessments in Rare City.
Team Leader Level 3 is the most popular apprenticeship in the UK and will be used to spearhead the immersive learning to build out more courses at the request of the learning institute.
Even before COVID hit, one of the challenges for colleges, training providers and universities was to actually get learners to attend the course and complete the learning. E-learning was starting to enter the scene but could only partially be applied to a handful of courses. Rare City changes that!
With our Learn2Earn initiative, colleges, training providers and universities will purchase FND tokens when onboarding as part of the fee charged to them. FND will be used as an incentive for learning to attend and complete their courses.

This is the first milestone in targeting the mainstream audience who know nothing of crypto or even how to make a wallet. Even your great great grand mother can donate/contribute with her card now.
All card payments are then processed in FND and go against the crowdfunding campaign.
To manage expectations: the onus on the crowdfunding campaign lies with the owner. We are not expected to fill the campaign...we are simply providing a platform that providers additional incentives and benefits to the campaign owner in order for them to succeed with their campaign.

Dubai License: After many back and forth conversations with the DFSA (Dubai Financial Services Authority), our legal guys (KARM legal) and the other regulators we have finally got our trading license for Dubai for a donation/reward based crowdfunding portal, auctions for charity, and providing a platform to deliver an education solution.
Through this whole process we have also started the process for the next steps for equity based and even bigger, real-estate crowdfunding.
New Appointments: We now have a new onsite Creative Director as part of our rebranding and also a new well known CMO both based onsite in our office at DMCC.
Marketing: As part of our marketing push we are partnering with Crypto Oasis (the biggest crypto marketing ecosystem in Dubai) which will push all aspects of the organization bringing exposure across the board.
London raid: As part of our rebranding it didn't make sense to go ahead with the London advertising with a brand that will be out of date half way through the campaign. The London ads have now been pushed back to a new date which sees them up during peak London periods over Christmas.
Rebranding: We are approximately 6 days off our first draft of rebranding across the entire organization... This includes at the top level holding company TheRareAge.com for The Rare Age Technologies; TheRareAntiquities.com (for curated art (big TRAT event at Burj Khalifa where we'll be fractionalizing 2 pieces of art valued at over $200 mill)); TheRareBits.com where we'll open up the front end for end users to fractionalize their own pieces but also launch their own collection on our NFT Launchpad; RareSwap.com which will have staking for TRAT and FND so that those who stake can benefit from rewards from fees across the Dex and NFT Marketplaces in WETH or WBNB.

We also have the fractionalized NFTs to distribute where we'll be adding in messages from the villages to also test this feature before distributing rewards from large raises for start-ups.
For this round we had Card Payments disabled for obvious reasons so that we could focus on resolving bugs related to the platform and first charity in itself.
Next Proof of Concept will have card payments enabled!
