| 5 | Closing the Gap! 🚀
Most of us know we need to do better—whether in fitness, health, relationships, business, or finances. Yet, we often get stuck in the "knowing" phase, overwhelmed by information overload 📚 or just thinking about the action we need to take but not taking it. Yup, I’ve been there too.
Here’s the truth: those who succeed don’t have it all figured out; they simply take action. 💪 When you recognize the need for change, you must act immediately!
To bridge that gap, use the Mel Robbins 5-4-3-2-1 Method, it works!
1. Count Down: When a thought arises that aligns with your goals, count down from 5.
2. Take Action: As soon as you reach “1,” move! Whether it’s that phone call, finishing that work thing, a quick workout, putting on your running shoes, or just stepping outside for fresh air, do something!
Step-by-Step Process:
1. Identify Your Goal: What do you want to improve? (e.g., fitness, health, business, finances, etc.)
2. Acknowledge the Thoughts: Recognize when you think about taking action toward that goal.
3. Use the 5-4-3-2-1 Technique:
- 5: Get ready to act.
- 4: Feel the motivation.
- 3: Prepare to take the leap.
- 2: Visualize the outcome.
- 1: Go! Take immediate action.
4. Start Small: Even a short 5-15 minute workout, a brisk walk, or a simple task counts.
5. Shift Your Paradigm: Break the genetic and environmental programming that keeps you stuck. Embrace the possibility of change.
6. Reflect: After taking action, recognize how it feels. Each small win builds momentum! 💪
7. Celebrate: giving yourself that dopamine hit, this matters. Give yourself a high five! 🙌

Step 12 reminds us that transformation was never meant to stop with us. As we continue to grow, we naturally begin to encourage others through the way we live, the way we listen, and the way we serve.
No one can practice this for me.
No one can stay connected for me.
No one can carry my message for me.
I have to become a participant in my own transformation.

The other day I hit roadblock after roadblock. Nothing was moving.
That old story started knocking. I recognized it. And I chose differently.
Went to sleep. Woke up fresh. Started again.
That's not luck. That's a trained mind.

| 19 | Don‘t freak out when you feel doubt and fear, instead, study the mind.
The old conditioning and the new idea are like oil and water, they simply won’t mix and can’t coexist in the subconscious mind.
As the new idea is impressed in the subconscious mind, doubt will arise, but as real as it might feel, it is an illusion because it is coming from the old conditioning, thats all.

| 20 | 3 Tips to live an Abundant Life
So many of us walk around every day wishing to feel more fulfilled, more happy, more abundant. The challenge is we keep on listening to the outside world and not listening to our own true inner thought that can help create a new path.
Here are 3 tips to help you live an abundant life.
1. Create a true goal. Stop beating around the bush and creating these simple things you call goals. A true goal, a goal you want to go after is something that thrills you and scares you all at the same time.
2. Stop living like everyone else! You have been programmed throughout your life to live like everyone else has. Honestly have they got anywhere with that? You must take an honest look at yourself. What habits aren’t working for you? What must you do better to get better?
3. Your attitude is EVERYTHING. Whatever you speak, think, and feel, you end up creating that all around you. Take a good look at your self image. Do you even want to be around you? Are you the type of person that would bring abundance into their lives? If not change your attitude toward life.
