It’s easy to ride the wave of success. No matter how long it takes to arrive and no matter how much work and challenge it took to get there, once the momentum builds it’s easy to go along with it. Yes, it would be incredible if everyone did share the same values and vision BUT it’s just not the reality of this world. It’s in moments of hardship everyone is exposed. Your true friends/family will show themselves, your true supporters, your true haters and most of all your true self. It’s easy to run away from your problems. It’s harder to face them, address them and do better. It’s also hard to continue on your path. However, it’s necessary for you to stay true to yourself and continue on if your intention is in the right place. Sometimes the hardship you have to take is there not only to teach you a lesson but also be a warning/learning moment for others not to make that same mistake. In business you have to be very careful who you get into a partnership with. Make sure they share the same ethics, morals and vision. Make sure they share the same work ethic, quality of work and output. Due diligence before conducting business deals is extremely important. You will learn these lessons the hard way unfortunately most of the time just make sure not to repeat the same mistake again. Learn to ask better questions and read people past how they pitch themselves. Real recognised real. But real needs to also identify the fakes fast.
