When I went through depression and was experiencing many dark thoughts.
Notice the questions.
Seeking answers.
Answers that couldn’t present themselves easily and therefore struggled for some time.
I’m sharing this to tell you all that we all go through hardship and we must all experience those lows to truly prepare us for the highs to come.
I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for all the negative experiences in my life.
I was convinced I would die young, notice at 19 years old the hashtag “thoughts of a dying man”.
Yet now after years and years of consistent hard work I live life to the fullest every single day!
We all have the power to change when we choose too.
So make that choice for better days. 🫡💙
