A day to talk about the mental health of men.
I just wish to tell all you guys wanting and struggling to be someone in life that you are doing well!
Do not be hard on yourself. The demands that this society has on each of you may be too high, so just let it go.
You don have to be the way society wants you to be!
If you are a smoker, quit smoking.
Reduce your alcohol intake.
Exercise regularly, lift weights.
Respect the women in your life as you would want them to respect you!
What ever happens, it will all be fine!

Date of starting - November 17
Two classes per week
Tuesday and Thursday
Both online and offline
Recorded classes available
Course duration - till prelims'26
Sunday - offline test
(Note - all the offline tests can be accessed via app format of MoA website)
And online tests are additional chapterwise tests for students enrolled in Xinsheng'26
