Ethical considerations by powerful nations,
1)Humanitarianism - common people should be protected a sustainable humanitarian corridor has to be made.
2) Responsibility- a greater powerful has greater Responsibility in that way powerful nations should intervene and solve the issues without any bias.
3) Rule of law - According to rule of law, nations have to follow it's own united nations' rules which put on pressures on war affected nations to consider and stop it.
Institutional principles have to be followed before and after war.
As per the united nations human rights commission should interfere and take care of people who are suffered.
4)Justice - the powerful nations should not be biased should consider both parties' mistakes and judge accordingly to stop it further in future. To uphold united nations rules.
5) Prioritise diplomacy - Diplomatic commitments have to be prioritised over war and weapons. A healthy negotiations could bring down wars and protect innocent civilians.
