They also didn't tell you that a principal leader of the firm is Robert Schumer, the brother of Chuck Schumer, that the firm is a Never Trumper firm and works for the Democrat Party, that for lawyers to go into the New York City's District Attorney's office to prosecute an opponent is unprecedented in NYC history because the District Attorney's office has hundreds of lawyers already working there, and that a number of Assistant District Attorneys refused to work on the case because they felt I was being treated extremely unfairly, and that indeed, there was no case. There is a massive effort underway to have me sanctioned and disbarred merely for filing 4 federal cases in detailed complaints which included significant sworn affidavits and expert reports—none of which are required to file a federal complaint. Meanwhile, Biden has nominated to head the FEC a lawyer who represented Stacey Abrams in a 2018 lawsuit that alleged the GA voting machines (Dominion) switched votes 😳😳 Apparently, sanctions and grievances and disbarment actions were not taken against any of these lawyers. The State Bar of Georgia has formally charged me with ethical violations for the 4 complaints filed by Sidney Powell in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan. I did not draft, file, or sign any of those complaints. I did not even know my name had been listed on the complaints but I know now that while someone put my name on the complaints, my name was NOT listed as a filing attorney on any of them. AND for good measure, the State Bar of Georgia has also filed a formal ethics complaint for a handful of social media posts I made as a private citizen unrelated to any lawsuit I was handling for a client. I have the audio of Paula Fredericks, the chairperson of the GA Disciplinary Committee ADMITTING that the State Bar of Georgia does not regulate a lawyer’s social media posts in they are unrelated to an active case in which the lawyer is involved. The State Bar of Georgia does not have the power or the authority to act as a 24/7 policeman over a lawyer’s private life. The B.A.R. certainly does NOT have the power to violate or suppress my First Amendment Right of Free Speech simply because the B.A.R. elite disagrees with my political views.
