Cauthorn, the lawyer appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to be the Special Master overseeing the GA Bar Association disciplinary action against me, just recently received this award: “MARIETTA KIWANIS CLUB T.E. Cauthorn receives his Legion of Honor recognition for 40+ years of dedicated membership to the Marietta Kiwanis Club.” I have never been a member of any of these “clubs.” So I don’t know much about them. Sometimes in innocuous ways and sometimes by more obvious methods, the ruling elite gather information from and about We The People. Intelligence agencies (spooks) and corporations can access our cell phones and computers. They can even monitor our conversations. Our government and the military are prohibited from spying on U.S. citizens to gather intelligence. Oh, wait! The Patriot Act does allow domestic monitoring if there is “probable cause” to suspect one of being a “terrorist.” A finding of probable cause is in the eyes of some judge and thus, eludes definitive guidelines.
