Libel [Lex punit mendaciam] The Law punishes falsehood Definition: A published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation. 5 Fiduciary Duty [Justitia nemini neganda est] Justice is to be denied to no one Definition: A fiduciary duty is a legal duty to act solely in another party's interests. Parties owing this duty are called fiduciaries. The individuals to whom they owe a duty are called principals. 3 Guatamalan Teenagers (ages 15, 16, 17) were sent through this hole in the Wall that the US Army Corp of Engineers opened up (with the AZGOP's Blessings.)
