Assalamualaikum! Nina dah nak start sort & pack semua order korang okayyy 🫶🏻
Before Nina start packing, Nina nak announce satu small but important update regarding postage & parcel insurance.
📦 POSTAGE
Postage is NOT included in the item price quoted by Nina.
Normally, for parcels below 1kg:
• Semenanjung — around RM8
• Sabah & Sarawak — around RM18
Postage will be added separately when Nina calculate the final amount.
🛡️ PARCEL INSURANCE
Starting from now, Nina akan start asking korang whether you would like to insure your parcel or not, especially for higher-value items.
Nina sangat sarankan insurance untuk items RM200 and above.
Kenapa Nina buat macam ni?
Throughout Nina berniaga, kejadian parcel hilang dah berlaku 3 kali. And unfortunately, courier compensation normally only covers up to around RM200, depending on the courier & their terms.
The latest incident happened about 2 months ago — parcel was already out for delivery, but somehow the courier lost it. The fabric inside was worth almost RM1,000, and the courier refused to take full responsibility.
So akhirnya, Nina yang kena bear the loss. 😭
Nina nak clarify one thing ya:
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the delivery process is completely outside Nina’s control.
Nina boleh make sure:
☑ Item is packed properly
☑ Address & details are checked
☑ Parcel is handed over to the courier
☑ Tracking number is provided
But after that, anything that happens during the courier process — lost parcel, damage, delay etc. — is unfortunately something Nina cannot fully control.
So from now on, for higher-value orders, Nina akan ask:
“Nak insured tak?”
If you choose to insure, Nina will advise you on the additional insurance cost before posting.
If you choose not to insure, Nina will still post your parcel as usual, but please understand that any courier compensation will be subject to the courier’s own terms & maximum liability.
Nina bukan nak susahkan korang yaaa 🥹
Nina cuma nak make sure both sides are protected, especially bila value kain dah ratus-ratus atau sampai RM1k.
Nina pun tak sanggup nak repeat lagi kejadian kain hilang RM1k and Nina kena tanggung sendiri. 😭😂

Here’s a few updates from Nina yaaa ✨
Nina dah selamat sampai Malaysia semalam malam. Harini Nina rehat dulu, esok baru start sort & pack semua make up untuk post out yaaaa. 🫶🏻
Untuk kain sulam — masih lagi dalam proses ya. InsyaAllah target siap by end of September. Nina memang follow up dengan tukang sulam every week supaya semuanya berjalan macam yang dirancang. 🤞🏻
Barang Jakarta — Nina dah post out dari Jakarta on Saturday. InsyaAllah dalam this week akan sampai Malaysia.
Balance kain dari previous trip — masih ada beberapa yang belum settle balance. Nanti Nina akan follow up dengan each one of you ya. 🤍
Harini bagi Nina rest kejap dulu. Nak recharge, kemas-kemas rumah sikit… lepas tu esok kita sambung kerja balik! 😂
