FAT LOSS UPDATE 🐷 Coming up to 17 weeks complete. And I am feeling good. Starting to see the months of hard work paying off now. Currently sitting around 163.5lbs which is almost 16lbs down from when I started. Going away this weekend with the boys, so I plan on letting my hair down a bit Behaved myself all year so I think it is overdue 🍻 I like to have these weekends every once in a while. It used to be every week. Now it’s once every 3-6 months. It’s much better this way. I still plan on getting a bit leaner. I’d really love to get down to 155. Unsure on exactly how I’m gonna go about this, got lots of weekends away planned in the next month so fat loss will be made difficult. I may have a diet break soon so I can reset both mentally and physically, then go back into the cut once all the weekends away are out of the way. But to be honest, I’m happy with how I’m looking now. I feel confident, energetic and healthy. This is all I really need from fitness ✌️

The pump was good today 💪💪 Carbs + protein + caffeine before training is a winning combo for a great workout and a juicy pump. Getting a good nights sleep helps massively too.

Fat loss update 🐷 I messed up. Went way over my calories on Saturday. That included a muffin for breakfast, meal out, sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, a few alcoholic drinks and then a big slab of cake (I blame my mate for this) Not sure what came over me. I’ve been super disciplined for months on end now so maybe I needed it from a psychological standpoint. But who knows. Anyway, I lost a lb last week. Only to gain it back from that binge day. Not ideal - there must’ve been a TON of calories in those baked goods 😬 But never mind, one bad day isn’t the end of the world, just a minor set back. More annoying than anything. Here’s the updated pics, tensing my flabby abs to make me feel somewhat better about it 🤣 I think I will have a diet break soon, and then another fat loss phase later on to get me properly shredded for the first time. Excited for that.

Would you eat this? Drop a ❤️ for yes Drop a 🤮 for no Fish & steak are pretty much always my go to options when eating out. And thankfully they are on most menus. Big hit of protein. Not sky high in calories. Delicious and nutritious.

FAT LOSS UPDATE 🐷 14 weeks in. 14lbs down. Another 0.8 down this past week. Weighing 165 right now. Dropped calories to 2000 last week which was fine. Still not really getting overly hungry due to 6 main things: 1. Protein intake always very high 2. Big focus on whole foods for most of my diet 3. Consistent meal times 4. 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night 5. Hardly any alcohol 6. Minimising stress Injured my ankle playing football which wasn’t ideal, but strapped it up and got on with it past few days. Hopefully it’ll recover soon. Continuing to feel & look leaner. I just feel so much better at this level of body fat. Energy & confidence sky rocket. Best thing is I’ve still got 5-10lbs to lose so I’ll feel even better once that’s off.

FAT LOSS UPDATE 🐷 13 weeks complete. Another 0.8lbs down. 13lbs down in total. Weighing 166lbs right now. This was the smoothest week I’ve had in a while. No real social events so sticking to the diet was easy. Training was good and played badminton & football. Kept steps high at 13.5k average too. Lowering calories to 2000 this week as I enter the final stages of the cut. I think I’ll probably end up cutting for another month or so. But realistically I’ve got a lot of heavy drinking social events on next month so we’ll see what happens. I’d love to get to 160 again.

FAT LOSS UPDATE We are getting there. 12 weeks complete now. About 0.6lb drop last week but to be expected after the high calorie few days the week before due to my illness / low energy levels & the subsequent slight jump up in weight towards at the end of that week. Sleep was terrible over the weekend for a few reasons. Sent my cravings into overdrive so keeping it to maintenance level calories was a win in my books. I also went to a navigated a BBQ Saturday which included a whole bottle of wine. Then went to my grandparents on Sunday. So this weekend was never going to be easy. But we got through it. Feeling good atm and getting leaner every week. I’m planning on having a really solid June to wrap this fat loss phase up. And then I’ll see where I’m at. I may look to lose a bit more at some point.

FAT LOSS UPDATE Another lb down last week. Averaging around 168 now. Another 8lbs off and I think I’ll be happy with where I’m at. Last week was tough, energy levels suddenly dropped massively and I wasn’t entirely sure what it was So I increased calories back up to maintenance and bumped carb intake up a lot (as you can see) Turns out it was actually just the start of a cold. Energy levels dropped. Sleep was terrible. Cravings went through the roof. So I had a large pizza on Friday to make myself feel better (actually just made me feel worse lol) hence the very high calories on Friday. Kept steps high regardless & still did my workouts as I wasn’t completely written off. If I was any worse probably would’ve skipped the gym. Feeling better now thankfully & energy levels are back so looking to push on with the final bit of this weight loss now 💪
