If life/people/circumstances and every possible thing is unfair to you. If the rules are against you or even the system is flawed. There is no point in complaining about it or trying to change it. Now, I see them coming: "Oh muh mental health of men" The poor mental health of men comes from this idea that you should be vulnerable. You shouldn't. You should be rock solid. Unshakable. Iron mind. Nothing should affect you. Follow your purpose and take care of the ones you love. Even if they fail to show gratitude, deep down you will know: You are the man you think you are. You are the leader you were born to be. Act like it.

Only take advice from people you would trade lives with. If someone doesn’t have the life that you want or at least a life that you’d want. Don’t take their advice.

If you want to be as productive as possible then forget about time management. Instead, Focus on having the energy levels required to effectively use that time to its fullest.
