If forgery on precinct committee forms is a prosecutable felony offense, then so are the tens of thousands of perjured voter registration forms, auto registration applications, insurance contracts and income tax returns filed with blatantly FALSE claims of residency; ALL OF WHICH we have brought to the county and the Sheriff's office - only to be asked this question:
"What do you want me to do? Arrest 10,000 people?!" To which we replied "YES!!! They are breaking the law."
Sadly, hard evidence of perjury for voting, auto registration, insurance and income tax isn't a big deal and has been brushed under the rug because your city, county and state governments have sold their souls to the devil in exchange for the almighty dollar $$$$$.
The next time we bring evidence of mass solicited perjury to the Minnehaha County Sheriff's office, they'd better damn well investigate it and arrest some folks or their hypocrisy will be on full display of the fully documented unequal application of the law and the county governments part in covering up massive fraud, UNLESS you are not in their alliance, then you are free game for prosecution.
