OIL Interview experience:- Interview panel consisted of 08 members.Firstly they asked to introduce myself.I ended my introduction with my hobby (dancing),so they asked me the famous dance form of Assam. I was having 06 months of experience in working with Refrigeration & Air-conditioning MNC,so they started asking technical questions from RAC.(Basic questions from the notes of made-easy) 2.Then they ask about compressors and pumps(as most of the technical operations involved these equipments) 3.Next topic from where the questions were asked is IC Engines.General questions were asked like how cooling system works in cars.What is lube oil.How radiator works.(Better to read few general topics from V-ganeshan) 4Next topic of questions was material science.Material used in bearings.Properties of Cast iron.Iron-carbon diagram. 5.Next question they ask was about the organisation OIL.Better to go once through the web site.Introduction of the organisation with current schemes and activities must be gone through. 6.Last they asked about the location,generally posting is given in north-east India.So they ask whether I am comfortable to do job there or not.
