💡SPbPU has developed a complex for the production of microelectronic nanostructures Microelectronics is one of the areas where Russia needs to ensure technological independence. Available foreign equipment is extremely expensive, costing about 10-13 billion rubles. The development of St. Petersburg Polytechnic is a technological complex that can be used to create nanostructures for the operation of various microelectronic equipment. The complex will cost only 5 million rubles. Such a significant difference is due, among other things, to the simplification of production algorithms. Now the first stage of creating nanostructures is the process of lithography on masks created on foreign equipment. SPbPU, on the other hand, has proposed a new method of maskless lithography.
