| 4 |  Encrypted Mempool, in 40 seconds 🪙
When a user opts in, the transaction's details (the function called and its inputs) are encrypted on their device. Validators order the block without being able to read them, and the details are decrypted only after the block is finalized.
That sequence is what lowers the risk of MEV attacks.
Encrypted Mempool is opt-in, one transaction at a time, and live on Aptos mainnet. Users can try it today in the Petra wallet browser extension.

| 6 |  On Aptos, your address comes from a hash of your key, not the key itself. The public key isn't revealed onchain until you first sign a transaction.
And the key behind an account can be rotated without changing the address or moving assets.
Post-quantum signatures (AIP-137) are designed to fit that same model, with no address change or asset migration if the feature is approved by a governance vote.
