Dell's wireless webcam prototype uses magnets to stick to a screen It's a wireless camera prototype that can magnetically attach to a compatible screen so you can place it at eye level while Zooming your colleagues. Not only does this help keep a more natural gaze as you're talking, but it also allows you to keep your notes or script up behind the camera in a sort of teleprompter setup. The magnets won't work with just any standard monitor, though; you'll need to use one with magnets built-in too. The webcam sits in a cradle perched atop the monitor, and you remove it when you want a different angle. When it's docked, the webcam wirelessly charges (and light is supposed to glow to indicate it's juicing up, though this wasn't happening during our demo). You can also flip the camera around to face the back of the dock when you want some privacy, so if anyone is spying on you, they'll only see the black cover.

Samsung may be making a rollable smartwatch, suggests new patent ⌚️📲 1) Samsung may be working on incorporating its next-generation display tech, on one of its future smartwatches. 2) Samsung recently put up a new microsite for Samsung Display, which reveals the next generation tech being developed by the company. 3) The site showcases the company’s rollable, foldable, and slide able OLED displays for smartphones, tablets, and even laptops. 4) Now, it seems that Samsung may be working on incorporating the display tech into smartwatches. 5) As per the patent, users will be able to extend the display by pressing the crown of the device or by using a function on the touch-screen. 6) Extending the screen of the smartwatch will result in the outer frame of the watch, to expand. This will allow the additional screen real estate to be rolled up inside the body of the watch to unfold, resulting in the screen getting expanded by up to 40%.
