🚨🗣 Mikel Arteta when asked if the Manchester City case is damaging the Premier League's reputation:

“I want to think that it doesn't, but I don't know”.

“Certainly it's not in our control. Our control is to bring everything that we can individually and through the club to maintain the position that we have to be the best league in the world”.

🎙️ Mikel Arteta on Konsa, Tzolis and Havertz: 🗣️ “Kai suffered a muscular injury. I spoke to Jurrien [Timber, who was in the opposition squad against Germany], and they sent the player back immediately. Ezri was also having some issues, and we had good communication with the England camp. Tzolis has a muscular injury and will be out for a few weeks. He is not available.” #afc

🚨Jose Mourinho on Mikel Arteta: "Yesterday, I read something interesting that would not happen at Real Madrid. “Mikel Arteta renewed his contract and said something like 'we are still starting' and 'this is just the beginning' and he has been there for years. “The demands here are just different.”

Banter sweeter than your 6yrs relationship 😂 in this channel 😂👉🏼 https://t.me/+Rdtof_tJzwc0MDZk Nobody knows who will win the Champions League this season but everyone knows who will not ✋🏿🤡🤚🏿 😃😄😆😅😂🤣

🎙️ Jack Wilshere on the culture Mikel Arteta created at Arsenal: 🗣️ “It’s a culture thing.” “They would use the academy players. On this pitch would be Mikel taking the team through structure [drills] with ten Under-18s in the shape of West Ham, for example. Then on the other side, Nico was doing a walk through of set-pieces. Imagine doing that in your day? The players would just think, ‘Oh I’m not doing that, what’s going on here?’” “What helps is that they are really successful with it and score loads of goals. But it was a culture thing that changed completely. It’s another level.”

🗣️ Mikel Merino on Martín Zubimendi's pass for his winner against Croatia: "When Zubi gets it, I know the foot he has. With those, you control three badly and one well, and I got the good one." 🤝

🎙️ Daniel Farke on Mikel Arteta’s new Arsenal contract: 🗣️ “Congratulations obviously to Mikel. I think he’s six years right now at Arsenal, and what he has done more or less, like from his early beginnings to right now is very, very impressive. “I remember more or less when he took over, they were struggling, and difficult times, and the culture that he has implemented and the winning mentality he has implemented, and also what he has made out of a struggling side a few years ago, yeah, it’s very impressive, more or less. “It’s always a good sign when everyone is on the same page and you have consistency in the club. This is how you win titles, this is how you achieve your goals.”

🗣️ Mikel Arteta on taking the Arsenal job with no managerial experience: "I made a commitment with myself. I need to enjoy the journey and I'm going to live the journey. Because I didn't know how tough it was going to be, I had no experience, I never did it before. I have to be so alert, so curious, and just go day by day."

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Mikel Arteta has revealed that he DESTROYED an office at Arsenal's training ground on his VERY FIRST DAY as manager in 2019! He threw computers, laptops and cables onto the floor before giving his staff just TWO MINUTES to put everything back together. When he returned, the room was SPOTLESS. 🗣️ “Everyone was silent and had their eyes open and they were ready to listen.” Arteta explained that the exercise was designed to show that EVERYONE at Arsenal needed to work together to achieve success.

🗣️ Former Premier League referee Martin Atkinson on the nicest player he ever dealt with:

"I’ve been lucky that I’ve got on with the vast majority of players, but one that stands out is Tomáš Rosický."

"I always got on really well with him. We just pleasantly got on, not best mates or owt like that, but he was always really respectful."

"When he retired, an email came through from Sparta Prague asking if I will go out and referee his retirement game. You never expect that and it was just a nice thing." 🤝

🎙️ Gabriel Jesus on how he ended up at Barcelona:

“In my head, either I would stay at Arsenal until the end of my contract or I would return to Brazil,” Jesus said to Barcelona Official Website."

“I thought the opportunity to play for Barça had passed, but God surprised me again.”

“Imagine being away from the pitch for a week and then Barça turn up wanting to sign you. I didn’t want to hear about anything else. Coming here was quick and easy.”

🚨🎙️| Mikel Arteta picks the three Arsenal players he’d take to a desert island:

“I will bring the skipper; I will bring Martin [Odegaard]. He’s the one that will look after all of us, it doesn’t matter how he is, and he will work relentlessly without saying anything for all of us, that’s one."

“I will bring Mikel Merino, because probably he will have a plan for everything that we want to do, and I need to pick somebody else.”
