Spotify is a multiplatform application of Swedish origin created in the mid-first decade of 2000 by web designer and entrepreneur Daniel Ek.Survey questionnaire was made based on Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics (1994) principle by applying them to evaluate usability of Spotify application.Spotify’s interface was tested and how well its users can learn and use this application to achieve their goals based on the principle.
