You are hereby informed that, as requested by higher officials, all students are required to complete the Academic Staff Performance Evaluation Form. For your reference, the course breakdown has been attached. Please note the following instructions: 1. 5th, 4th, and 3rd year students are required to evaluate courses from the past four semesters. 2. 2nd year students should evaluate only the courses from the previous two semesters (2025/26). 3. Farewell Message to My Beloved ECE Family Today is one of the most emotional moments of my journey. As I stand at the end of my time in this campus, my heart is filled with gratitude, memories, and deep love for the ECE family I have been blessed to serve. From my 2nd year until now, I have carried the honor of serving as the overall representative of ECE students. It was never just a title for me it was a responsibility I carried with pride, sleepless nights, challenges, teamwork, and unforgettable moments with all of you. 🤝Now, as my journey in this campus comes to an end, I proudly and wholeheartedly transfer this responsibility to Yordanos Alemeseged (@Yojordan). Yordy, I have seen your passion, your commitment, and your love for ECE students. I believe in you deeply. I am not just passing a role I am passing a trust built by all ECE students. Please carry it with honor, humility, and strength. And always remember: ECE is not just a department it is something truly unique. 👉To our ECIC (Electronics and Communication Innovation Club) this is one of my proudest achievements. A dream we built together as a department. It is more than a club; it is a symbol of unity, innovation, and the spirit of ECE students. To our amazing ECIC executive members: Yordanos Alemeseged, Betelhem Nesran, Samson Teshome, Mayk Berahi, Yordanos Amare, Yonas Solomon, and Temkin Abdulmelik you are not just leaders, you are the heart of this club. We walked together through pressure, deadlines, meetings, and long nights where only passion kept us going. Even though I am leaving the campus, I am not leaving you. My heart remains with ECE. My doors remain open to all of you anytime, anywhere. I leave with mixed emotions sadness to say goodbye, but deep pride in what we built together. I wish you all success, strength, and a future brighter than we ever imagined. Dear Students, First of all, congratulations on successfully completing your Final Year Project Defense. You are now advised to focus seriously on your Exit Examination preparation. Please note that any student who fails three model exams conducted by ASTU will not be eligible to sit for the final Exit Examination administered by the MoE. All students are therefore strongly encouraged to prepare diligently and perform well in the model exams. Thank you.

URGENT NOTICE For 4th Year Students It is known that many students working on their IETP project have not been in contact with their assigned advisors. Several advisors have raised concerns regarding this matter. Please note that advisor evaluation constitutes a significant portion of your total marks. All students are therefore required to meet or communicate with their advisors within this week and report their progress. Failure to comply will result in full responsibility being carried by the concerned student for any consequences.
