Yesterdays's attack on Rovenki was allegedly carried out by American-made ATACMS missiles with cluster munitions, says head of the Lugansk People's Republic Leonid Pasechnik. According to him, the number of deaths has increased to three, eight more are in the hospital - six with mine-explosive injuries and two with poisoning from combustion products. Among the victims is a teenager, and residential buildings, agricultural machinery and civilian vehicles were damaged.
