🔻ملاحظات مهمة جدا :-
١. في حال ما أنطى عرض الزرعة ف دايما تأخذها ع اساس 4mm
٢. دايما بالسؤال ركزوا شنو المكتوب (زرعة بين سنين او زرعتين بين سنين)
٣. المسافة بين زرعتين هي ٣ ملم و المسافة بين زرعة و سن هي ١ ونص ملم

كيفية حساب المسافة بين الزرعة و و السن
1. زرعة واحدة بين سنّين
• أقل مسافة مطلوبة بين سِنَّين حتى نقدر نزرع زرعة واحدة (Implant) بقطر طبيعي (عادة 4 مم) هي: 7 ملم
• هذا يشمل:
• 4 ملم: عرض الزرعة نفسها
• 1.5 ملم من كل جهة: مسافة أمان بين الزرعة والسن الطبيعي

2. زرعتين بين سنين أسنان
• إذا نريد نزرع زرعتين (كل واحدة قطرها 4 ملم) بين الأسنان، نحتاج:
14 ملم ، ليش؟
• زرعتين = 4 + 4 = 8 ملم
• بين كل زرعة وسن: 1.5 ملم × 2 = 3 ملم
• بين الزرعتين نفسهم: 3 ملم
• المجموع = 8 + 3 + 3 = 14 ملم

3. زرعة قطرها أكبر (مثلاً 6 ملم)
• إذا زرعتك أكبر من الطبيعي، مثلاً قطرها 6 ملم، تحتاج مسافة أكبر.
• حسب المثال:
6 ملم (عرض الزرعة) + 1.5 ملم من كل جهة (3) = 9 ملم
