هي القيمة الي نحصل عليها وقت نقسم عدد الأسطح المرتبطة / ع عدد الأسطح المو مرتبطة (حرة)
C- factor = bonded surface / unbounded surface
📍بشكل عام نحن عندنا ست اسطح لسن الي هي :-
1. Occlusal or incisal edge surface
2. Mesial surface
3. Distal surface
4. Labial or buccal surface
5. Palatial or lingual surface
6. The floor surface
📌ف مثلا
1. Class I Cavity:
• Bonded surfaces: Mesial, Distal, Buccal, Lingual, Floor = 5
• Unbonded surface: Occlusal = 1
• C-factor = 5 / 1 = 5 ➜ أعلى قيمة
2. Class VI Cavity:
• Bonded surface: فقط سطح واحد ( floor)
• Unbonded: باقي الأسطح = 5
• C-factor = 1 / 5 = 0.2 ➜ أقل قيمة
📈اعلى قيمة لـ c-factor هي لـ كلاس I و كلاس V و الي تساوي 5
📉اقل قيمة هي لـ كلاس VI و الي هي 0,2
🔷كلما جان الرقم چبير ف هو غير مرغوب لانه يسبب اعلى احتمالية ل
