A common mistake is entering as soon as price touches a level.
Price taps it, you enter — and the market keeps moving, takes stops, then reverses.
A broken level rarely works on the first touch.
The correct approach:
1. Level is broken
2. Price returns
3. Only then look for entry
That’s a retest.
Don’t just watch the touch — wait for confirmation:
• bounce from the level
• consolidation above it (2–3 candles)
• a confirming pattern (e.g. pin bar)
