Thomas Sewell is a free man, receiving an 18 month CCO in relation to the Channel 9 incident. Channel 7 reporter Paul Dowsley appeared very triggered that he had not been imprisoned, and was even more upset at the ease with which Sewell avoided his soundbite traps.

So, I got raided by counter terrorism on the 8th of December. They charged me with Incitement to Racial Hatred under Public Order Act 1986. I will be sentenced tomorrow for the Channel 9 incident. Despite my Lawyer doing everything they could to run a strong trial, we were unsuccessful. In order to save money for appeals and our second trial in August I will be self representing for sentencing as this trial and the admin days cost over $10,000, the next ones wont be as 'cheap'.
