🤓Scientists say that on average people kill 2-3 hours of their time a day. Waiting for the match, imagine killing your time reading a sample essay and developing yourself😳 *difference between wasting time and killing time ❓Establishing good relationships in the workplace is not important, as the primary goal of every person is to focus on work. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

Professional relationships are thought to be not essential because the main goal of each worker is to concentrate on their job. I totally disagree with this statement as such relationships facilitate workflow and make us more productive. The major reason why work relationships are significant is that they can ease our job. That is because oftentimes there are work processes that are impossible to complete alone. In such situations, a help from a colleague, preferably a good friend, is the very thing that alleviates some of the burden workers may have, making their work easier. For example, new employees may struggle to perform a certain task or adhere to a certain rule, but it is with the help of newly made relationships at work can they solve this issue. Enhanced productivity is another reason why friendships at work must be embraced. Having worked hard for prolonged spans of time, employees sometimes may feel stressed and tired, resulting in lower efficiency. Should they have someone whom they can talk with during break times, it will help them to relieve their stress, thus become more productive at what they are doing. For instance, it is widely acknowledged that people who take smoking breaks tend to have closer relationship with those at work, often being distracted from mundane tasks, therefore becoming even more productive. To conclude, it is assumed that employees must focus on work, not being involved in a relationship with their coworkers. However, I do not support this assumption on account of the ease and higher efficiency work-related relationships can bring about.
