Acc. to p.s.e.b social science book class 9th, chap =ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ,page 139 Article 352 is based on National Emergency . Indian Constitution book J.S Badyal page 160 & Durga Das Basu page 441. It is cleared that after 44th Amendment Cabnit is added in it.So the option must be article 352 (3) in place of article 352.
