Today we celebrate Rath Yatra.
Traditionally celebrated in the city of Puri, Odisha, the sacred murtis of Bhagwan Shri Jagannathji, Shri Balbhadraji, and Shri Subhadraji are lovingly placed on beautifully decorated chariots and pulled by devotees in a grand procession through the streets.
Rath Yatra is a joyous reminder to invite God into the chariot of our lives and seek the guidance of the Guru on our spiritual journey. As devotees lovingly pull the rath (chariot) with love and devotion, may we strengthen our connection with God and strive to walk the path of righteousness every day.

| 16 | +1 🏃🏻♂️ Today, participants – from young children and teenagers to adults and the elderly – came together today at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Leicester, for the BAPS 10K Charity Challenge 2026.
🎗 This year’s Challenge is supporting our local charity - CCLG: The Children and Young People's Cancer Association, who are doing fantastic work in creating brighter futures for children and young people with cancer as well as BAPS’ national charity partner - Samaritans.
🧺 The challenge finished with an afternoon of family fun and a picnic in the park, offering a chance for everyone to relax and unwind in the lovely weather ☀️
